Kent has photographed all of the existing lighthouses in California as well as spending several months in Yosemite hiking and photographing the glorious landscapes. During his travels in "Rover" the RV, Kent has been able to see the fantastic structures and wilderness in California.
Kent has worked on and behind the stage, and in television broadcasting for several years as videographer and photographer. Enjoying working behind the camera, Kent has pursued his photography and taken his work into the field capturing images of the natural beauty of California's coastline and National and State parks.
Kent has climbed, walked, waded, taken boats and helicopters to sometimes remote sites, to get "the shot". Quality is the most important aspect of Kent's work. The digital images and the materials used for printing are paramount to the finished product. By mixing digital photography and art, Kent is a Digitographer. Taking the digital image and producing a striking piece of artwork.
Seeing the wilderness up close has been the most exciting work for Kent. Being at the right place at the right time can be a challenge, but the rewards are great. The pursuit of the perfect image gives Kent great satisfaction and accomplishment. Being able to share these images with others makes it all worth while.
